Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how thinkgood collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our website, app, newsletter, and related services. We are a cognitive-wellness brand, not a data business: we never sell your information, we do not run advertising or sponsored content, and we collect only what is necessary to operate the Services.

Last updated June 2, 2026

Our core commitments

  • We never sell or rent your personal information to advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party.
  • No advertising, no sponsored posts, no sponsored products. Our ratings and recommendations are independent and cannot be bought.
  • We practice data minimization — we collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide and improve the Services.
  • We do not share personal information except with the limited service providers that help us operate, and only to the extent necessary, or where required by law.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to information we process in connection with our website at www.thinkgood.app, our applications, our newsletter, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). It does not apply to third-party websites, products, or services that we do not own or control. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.

2. Information we collect

We limit what we collect to what the Services genuinely require:

  • Information you provide. Your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter, join a waitlist, request a product, submit an appeal, or otherwise sign up; and the contents of any messages, feedback, or requests you send us.
  • Usage and device information. Limited technical data such as pages viewed, referring pages, approximate (non-precise) location derived from IP address, and general device and browser characteristics, collected through privacy-respecting analytics to understand and improve how the Services perform.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. Small data files used to operate the site and measure aggregate usage, as described in Section 5.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not request more information than the Services require.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect only to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • send the newsletter and other communications you have requested;
  • respond to your messages, requests, and appeals;
  • monitor, secure, and protect the integrity of the Services and prevent fraud or abuse; and
  • comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles or to target you with ads. We process your information on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interests in operating the Services, and our legal obligations, as applicable.

4. How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We disclose personal information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. Vendors that perform services on our behalf — such as email and newsletter delivery, hosting, and analytics — who are authorized to use personal information only as necessary to provide those services to us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal and safety. Where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of thinkgood, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our assets, in which case personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to this Policy.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use a limited number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the Services functioning and to understand aggregate usage. We do not use them for cross-site or targeted advertising, and we do not sell information about your activity. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly without them.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, update, port, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also:

  • Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link included in every message.
  • Request access or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

To exercise any of these rights, email randy@thinkgood.app. We will respond consistent with applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

9. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

10. International users

We are based in the United States, and the Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after an update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

12. Contact

If you have questions or requests regarding this Policy or your personal information, contact us at randy@thinkgood.app.
